1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Habr application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Habr. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Habr is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access or collect data from the Service

5. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

Habr has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on the Service. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, violent, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. Abusive behavior includes harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, or any conduct that harms or endangers other users.

You agree not to create, post, share, or transmit any objectionable content, and not to behave abusively toward any other user. Within the app you can report objectionable content and block abusive users at any time. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours, removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided it by suspending or terminating their account. Violations of this policy may result in the immediate removal of content and the suspension or termination of your account, without notice or refund.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Habr. By submitting content, you grant Habr a non exclusive, royalty free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

7. Groups and Matching

Habr provides tools for creating and joining groups based on shared interests and criteria. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from group matching. Group administrators are responsible for managing their groups in accordance with these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Habr does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habr and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
